horrible customer service

I originally went with Secure auto shipping because the person I spoke with Todd seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful. Their price was also the cheapest. When I called back to set everything up Todd was no longer available. I was told the price had went up now and they didn't know why Todd gave me the price he did. After settling on a new price, I was told my car would be picked up in 3 days and I wold get a phone call the day before to give me a time. When I didn't get a call I called them and got put to voice mail before I could finish explaining myself. I called back to explain all I needed to know was what time they had for me and the guy hung up on me, this happen twice. The next day I called back and the same thing happened. Then I contacted customer service, promises were made and, no return phone call. I then called to cancel my contract with them and I got hung up on again. I then emailed them the cancellation and called again the next day. The following day I received an email and a text message from the orginal contact person Todd saying he found me a truck and can't get in touch with me. I also received two calls from other people from there company saying they found me a transport now, all we had to do now was sign with a company and then wait for a date. At this point I called another company and the car was already on its way to me, the same day I called. Its hard to believe Secure auto transport is a real business and if they are, how they can stay in business is a mystery to me.
