My husband I were very pleased with the service provided by Secure Auto Shipping. We were given the coordinator's direct line for communication purposes and our boat was assigned to a driver quickly. Your company was very willing to work with our schedules in setting the dates for pick up and delivery. We were also provided with the driver's name and contact information. The driver, Pavel, was a pleasure to work with. He maintained contact with both the seller, who he was picking the boat up from, and the buyer, who he was delivering the boat to, throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the bearing on the trailer that we purchased with the boat, burned out and he wound up fixing the problem himself. Despite what must have been an extremely difficult and trying day, he remained cheerful and polite throughout our dealings with him. We would rate your company ten overall and would definitely choose to work with you again in the future. We used another company in the past to ship a boat for us and our experience was totally the opposite of what we experienced with your company.
