This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle I had just purchased. After receiving promises of pick-up and delivery for several weeks by another transport broker, with absolutely no progress, I contacted Secure Auto Shipping for a quote. The following morning I received a phone call from Todd Hanna, customer services rep, to discuss my situation and shipping requirements.

The following morning Todd contacted me and advised that SAS had sourced transport and arranged to have my truck picked up in Virginia that afternoon. The driver, Daniel Iancu, of D&D Transport, contacted the previous owner, picked up the vehicle and headed to Arizona. Daniel kept me fully apprised of his trip progress and scheduled delivery, barely 4 days from pickup (Tues pm to Fri am). On schedule, my truck was delivered. Todd arranged and Daniel delivered my 1930 Model A without a scratch - and with complete courtesy and professionalism for the entire process.

The price quoted at the outset was honored by the contract.
