Instead of calling our company to ensure the automated price is accurate ( as the email says ) you decided to take it upon yourself to book online without verifying the cost ( despite our attempts to reach you ). A bait and switch is when a broker charges you a deposit. We have our own carriers on this route ( which you can verify with our MC number above ), so you were not charged anything. Instead of appreciating our honesty in calling you right away to give you the correct price, you decide to write a negative review. You were never a customer of ours Jared, and we will be contacting Transport Reviews to get this removed. You never signed any documents from our company, nor were you told a price by any of our representatives.
