WE DO APOLOGIZE TO THIS CUSTOMER FOR THE UNANTICIPATED DELAYS. THIS DELAY OCCURED DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER WHEN THE WHOLE INDUSTRY COMES TO A NEAR HALT BECAUSE OF LACK OF CARRIERS. WE ADDED EXTRA BONUS FROM OUR OFFICE TO EXPEDITE ORDER AND STILL NO CARRIER CONFIRMED BOOKING. WE TRIED TO WORKOUT DIFFERENT OPTIONS WITH THIS CUSTOMER TO EXPEDITE FOR PICK UP AND CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT TO WORKOUT ANYTHING WITH US. CUSTOMER WAS REFUNDED IN FULL.
