This is a local Florida transport . Danielle called us all day on Thursday asking what time we were picking up car we originally told her pick up is Thursday or Friday with a Friday delivery . I called driver to see when he would be picking up her 2002 ford escape from Sarasota, FL to Lauderdale Lakes, FL . He said he is still in Lauderdale and would be in Sarasota like we said Friday am will be the pick up as when we gave her the schedule . She flew off the handle demanding to speak to someone higher then me a supervisor which I explained I am a supervisor and even got the driver on a conference call with her to explain . I did everything that we can do on our end but she would't take it well by complaining which we know customers are always right . This industry is very hard with trying to please everyone from the trucking companies to customers by setting up the proper schedule and making sure a driver is willing and able to take the vehicle and hopefully they are not on any delays. After conferencing this girl Danielle with the driver he said I don't really want to take her car anymore based off how she spoke to him and I said she is having a bad day and she is really nice but after looking over all this of what she wrote it goes to show you the professionalism saks auto has and tries to satisfy all of our customers . The amount of good auto transports we do weekly is anywhere from 30-60 depending on the month and no one ever really writes a review unless we beg them but when one little thing happens not in there favor they run to write a review quicker then you can blink ...... FOR THE RECORD THIS GIRL DID NOT LOSE A PENNY NOR ANY TIME CAUSE THIS WAS THE ONLY LOCAL TRUCK DOING THIS ROUTE FOR THE DATES SHE REQUESTED AND AGREED UPON CAR WAS PICKED UP TODAY AND DELIVERED ALREADY .......
