We were on trip and our car had problems and could not make it home. I got dozens of calls and emails with company bad mouthing another, didn’t know what to do. I received Safeway Car Transports quote and called to ask some questions. They were very courteous and professional and relieved me of my concerns. I contracted with them on the spot and within an hour I had a truck ready. When the carrier called me I told him I had a cargo box on the top and they told me it would be an additional cost. I had forgot to tell Mike about the storage box so I called him right back. He called the carrier and they would not budge on the additional fee so he cancelled them and got me another one that saved me $100! Cant beat that kinda service….
