I am extremely dissatisfied with the car transport brokerage company, SafeMile. Our experience with them has been consistently terrible, indicating that this is not an isolated incident.
As importers, we were searching for a dependable long-term partnership with a reliable transport company. Unfortunately, SafeMile falls far short of acceptable standards and engages in highly unethical practices.
On numerous occasions, after receiving a quote and signing a contract with SafeMile, our vehicles were not picked up as promised. Regardless of the specified pickup date, they rarely met the agreed-upon deadline. To make matters worse, we currently have a vehicle that we ordered two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been picked up. Meanwhile, we are accumulating significant storage fees at the port. Shockingly, SafeMile refuses to take any responsibility for this situation. Despite offering the quote and extending the contract, they are unwilling to honor their own word. In fact, they have even increased the price of the quote multiple times before finally picking up the vehicle. They request the year, make, and model of the vehicle before providing a quote, yet they still come up with excuses for not being able to pick it up.
To put it simply, if you are in search of an unreliable, dishonest, and deceitful transport company, SafeMile is the perfect choice for you. However, if you value your money and want to avoid unnecessary problems, I strongly advise against wasting your resources with SafeMile. Once they fail to fulfill their contractual obligations, they will shift the blame to you, leaving you to deal with the consequences while they attempt to charge you even more. It is an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with them.
