First off this is my first time ever doing auto transport. This was a very stressful experience. I put my request in on a website and received multiple offers,what I do not know is all brokers work with the same system. I originally received a quote from SAFEEDS and I was good with it however another well known transportation company hit me up with a cheaper quote and less time to deliver so I decided to do business with them. When it was time to have the vehicle shipped they could not find a driver for the agreed amount. So I decided to continue my search looking for another company. Eventually I received several more quotes around the original price of what I was quoted 600-650. However they could not ensure a driver would accept that amount. Finally I went back to my original plan to back with SAFEEDS however when doing this James told me the same thing they could not have a driver that could work with the 650$ amount by then I’m frustrated. I needed to have my car shipped to avoid storage fees. James had gave me a quote of 1400$ I was like no I’m not paying that I’m not agreeing to that so we went back and forward finally we found a reasonable amount to have my vehicle ship which was 750.This was more than I wanted to pay but under the circumstances I agreed to that amount. This was on a Monday. The company I was assigned to was awesome they kept good communication and they tried to have my truck picked up on that day however they weren’t able to get an appointment til Wednesday. I was stressed again because I knew I could occur storage fees. Needless to say my Truck was picked up Wednesday and deliver Thursday morning. For a first experience not bad. I will be using them again for my next shipping. Btw James is great he really tried to get me a good deal and which he went from finding a driver from 1400-750 I would say he did his job.
