Overall I was happy with the service. I worked with Simon and he assisted me with the transport of my SUV from Las Vegas to Washington DC. I was very worried about being overcharged during the transport and/or once my vehicle arrived in DC. Simon reassured me he would not allow that to happen and kept in contact with me up until its arrival. The vehicle did arrive a day late which was a hassle for me. I would still use this service again in the future and request Simon to assist me.
