David did a fantastic job communicating between us and the transport company. I read several reviews prior to shipping our vehicle and understood this is not an exact science. Plan ahead and allow for extra time for pick up and delivery delays. (It’s just part of the process). They do a really good job of getting back with you promptly and providing updates.
