Poor customer service

We booked the car to be picked up prior to Oct.3rd-this was booked with Eric prior to August 13-He never called and never retunred our calls un til after many attempts and requesting the care be picked up on the 29th raather than the 30th of Sept.- Eric state no problem it was done - I called him again several times then he stated that we have a window of 7 days - This was booked prior to Aaugust 13!!! Today is Oct 2nd 5:10 pm and we have not heard from Eric or anyone else - so therefore we cancelled services and will now await our refund..I would suggest never to use this company.
In addition Eric stated that if we paid another $300,00 we could send the car with no problem.

This is a different Safeway. Our name is TWO words - SAFE WAY Auto Transport. We have 3 people in our office, Ray, our main dispatcher and owners Frank and Linda. We do not have an Eric or Mike working for us.
