I contacted Jacob to arrange a transport on a tight timeline. He worked hard to locate potential drivers on time and on budget. Ultimately, drivers just weren't available in my area, and I had to cancel the order. Jacob refunded my deposit quickly, politely, and in full. I'm not sure many other transport companies would handle a cancelled order this quickly and professionally.
