Damage to vehicle and price switch

First, they increased the price by 50% after I signed their agreement, knowing that I was in a rush to get my vehicle shipped. Second, they hired a transporter that damaged my vehicle and won't stand behind him. The transporter delivered my vehicle dirty. I went and cleaned my car and found scratches on my brand new car. At that point, the driver is long gone and says once you drive it away, it's on you. How are you supposed to know when it's dirty? The driver won't cover the damage and now the SGT won't talk to me anymore me either. Do not trust these guys!!
