THIS COMPANY SUCK BIG TIME...Called the… THIS COMPANY SUCK BIG TIME...Called the company sometime in Feb 2024.Reserved a pickup date of April 12, 2024.The price of $600.00 to ship from Fla to NJ, with a pickup window of 3 days. 1 day before pickup I received a call from the company that the price would now be $1000.00. The reason they said it was now in peak season and the driver would not pick up unless I paid the $1000.00. I said when I made the reservation, they knew it was the peak season. I said I've called your company about 3 times and wanted to confirm all details and every time they confirmed the $600.00 price. 2 days before pick up. I received a call asking do I had any questions before they picked up the car. I said no, nothing on my part has changed. Then I received the call changing my price from $600.00 to $1,000.00. This company is doing the bait-and-switch game. Quoting a Seinfeld episode " You know how to make a reservation, you just don't know how to honor the reservation" The bottom line stay clear of this company, they can't be trusted. Use any other company, and save yourself a lot of problems. Buyer beware,...P.S, the only thing that was presented to me was" WE CAN'T FIND A DRIVER THAT IS WILLING TO EXCEPT THE PRICE OF $600.00" and if you are willing to pay $1,000.00 we will try to find a driver.
