I paid extra for guaranteed pick up day. I was a little miffed that I had to wait the day of pickup to find out who was picking up the car and what time. I was expecting a call or text 24 hours prior just in case I had to make arrangements but ended up taking time off work to make sure I was available. I paid extra to ensure that the car would be on the top. A pickup truck pulling a covered trailer came by to pick up my car. The car arrived in a different covered trailer so I wondered if it was ever on a top rack of a trailer. Overall, car arrived with no damage and other than the minor issues above, service was good.
