SGT accepted my auto via Uship. I specifically needed a delivery on or before 2/21. SGT brokered the shipment to Riviera. Fernando made the pickup on 2/19. On 2/20 SGT called and claimed the driver was caught in weather, which there was,and he would not deliver until 2/24. I was then told he was a solo driver. ALL of my information on Uship and even the confirmation e-mail from SGT stated the deliver was 2/21. From my experience a solo driver could not run 1,290 miles ( 19 + hrs) & deliver 2/21. SGT should have known Riviera was using a solo driver. I feel SGT knew they could not make the 2/21 delivery. When I complained to SGT via Uship Jeff Dowson ,Operation Mgr claim their T&C was 1-4 business days therefore "there service was as rendered". Ultimately Riviera delivered the car @ 1300 hrs 2/22. I contend SGT knew they were not going to make the 2/21 deliver YET accepted the move.
