This customer was difficult from the beginning, the driver picked up the car (it ran) when it was to be delivered it did not run and the driver worked for several hours to get it off the truck, according to our contract and terms and conditions, if the car does not run there is an additional fee of up to $250.00, this customer agreed to this and then fought the driver at delivery and did not pay the driver anyway.
The customer was notified of the increase and neglected to reply back.
We are in the process of turning this matter over for collection and small claims, since he did not abide by the agreed upon contractand lied about the condition of the car.
