I regret not using Rush Shipping when I first needed my vehicle shipped. But No....... I had to try another carrier to save a few bucks. Well in the end I had to add more money to my original amount and my vehicle still was not picked up. I wasted a whole 6 weeks calling every week and hearing every conceivable excuse why my vehicle had not been picked up. I am so glad that I kept Lin 's number from Rush Shipping. I called and was given a very fair quote plus my vehicle was picked up exactoy when I was told it was going to be picked up.
My vehicle was not in operable condition so that may be one reason it was not picked up by the original carrier but that did not matter to Rush Shipping and David who was the driver of the carrier for my vehicle.
Overall I give Rush Shipping a 5 STAR rating for promptness, cost, and communicartion. I would gladly use them again.
