Excellent and professional communication. They also gave me some advice on what to do and what not to do regarding the trip. Other companies had terrible audio quality on the phone calls and were also asking questions that were out of line/private information. Nelson (the one I spoke to) was very patient and communicative, went through a lot of effort to reach me quickly. I'll call them up if I need stuff moved again.
