!!! CRIMINAL RECORD - 100 % FRAUDULENT BUSINESS - SCAM ALERT !!!
Michael Peter Malinosky owner/operator of Rock Bottom Rate Transport (RBRT) company is a "LYING SCAM ARTIST" with a "CRIMINAL RECORD" (DUI arrest) from earlier this year. On 1/10/2015 @ 4:50am in Lee County Florida, he was arrested for #1 DUI (driving while under the influence) - Unlawful Blood Alcohol Level (DUI alcohol and/or drugs). He currently (according to: findthecompany.com) operates from his cell phone in The Sand Hotel 2401 Beach Ct. Riviera Beach FL 33404-4799. He has registered/listed 7 different business addresses (including the Sand Hotel) in 3+ years of being in the broker/transport business. He has used 3 different business addresses when filing RBRT annual reports. His true business location is unknown to the State of Florida Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau (which he is not a member) because they CAN NOT contact him as well. Why are there so many different business addresses registered for just one "SCAMMING/CRIMINAL/FRAUDULENT" business? Additionally, RBRT currently has 42 customer related complaints (posted for public viewing) with the Better Business Bureau that he absolutely refuses to respond to. RBRT has rightfully earned, been labeled/assigned, and still maintains an "F" rating with the BBB. Also, RBRT has a "RED FLAG BUSINESS ALERT" (actually highlighted in red color for alerting visual effect) posted on the BBB website.
He "targets" first time customers by claiming the lowest price on-line "guaranteed". There are no "on-line" quotes - you must call him and give a deposit. He then charges a "Brokers fee/deposit upfront - regardless of what the website/page states. After he "cashes" your deposit(s), he will then re-contact you and claim that "the driver" wants more money to transport your vehicle even after you have an agreed, binding, and signed contract with him. If you cancel your order, you will never hear from him again, and NOT receive a refund of your deposit(s) !!! He will then continuously screen your calls, emails, and U S postal mail will be returned and labeled as "undeliverable". YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO CONTACT HIM - EVER !!! My Order # 2931 is actual proof of these events. However - After several attempts with phone calls and emails to contact him, I did receive 3 text messages back from him calling me these names: "Loser", "Deadbeat", and "Total Loser".
Note: When you call RBRT, it goes directly to his cell phone's voice message. You cannot talk directly to him. He will then "decide" (based on past encounters) if he'll return your call. His email format is exactly the same. Also, the website for Rock Bottom Rate Transport is currently under review by the authorities (since about 2/1/2015), and is not posted/viewable online. Additionally, he has recently falsely posted several other "positive" reviews on this website and other review websites over the past few days/weeks to counter attack honest, factual, and truthful reviews such as this one and many, many others. He even lied about not having any record of my Order # 2931 when I posted my review the first time on this website. He had my review removed until I sent proof of my contract to this websites administrators and then had my review reposted - "PERMANENTLY" !!! This is not his first attempt to add these types of reviews here and on other review sites. Just "click" the Reviews section box on any transport review website and ask yourself why would so many past customers all choose to reply within the same time frame to promote RBRT company with "high" ratings? The answer is simple: Michael Peter Malinosky is "desperately" trying to maintain a high rating by once again "LYING AND SCAMMING" about customer satisfaction. What proof does he offer that these are in fact "REAL CUSTOMERS"? HE WANTS THE TRUTH TO BE HIDDEN THE SAME WAY HE CONTINUES TO HIDE FROM EVERYONE !!!
