Everything was as promised. The car was picked the same day and delivered on time (2 days).
I was so skeptical to use this company due to the bad reviews that I read on different sites. So here is what I learned for peace of mind:
1- Don’t pay deposit before the truck comes to pick up your car and only pay by credit card (no extra fees). we are protected by it. 2- Pay the rest of the money (cash) to the driver when the car is delivered. 3- Review the transport company (truck company) when you know the name. (B&B auto transport had 5 stars).
