In july I contacted rock bottom transport (mike) and hired them to transport my wife's vehicle from new york to miami. But then was told that it was going to take longer than we agreed (already waited 2 weeks) because they didn't have any drivers in that area so i cancelled the order. Luckily i hired another company (that offered me the same service that rock bottom mike did but could not delivered) and was more than happy with. I contacted mike and he told me that i was going to get a full refund of $494.99 since no service was made. It has been 2 months already and NO REFUND has been made. I've tried calling, left voice mail and e-mail mike but no answer. All of a sudden they vanished. After reading other reviews there's a lot of people that have had bad experience with this company so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
