Do not, I repeat, do not use Rock Bottom Auto Transport. This is a prime example of how the auto transport industry has such a bad reputation. You will speak with a salesman(Michael) once and never again get a phone call picked up or returned. Any correspondence is done via e-mail with reps that do not have a grasp of the english language or grammar. Next to impossible to understand the broken English that is sent. I made the fatal (rookie) mistake of giving a deposit with the understanding that I would pay the COD upon arrival of the vehicle. What these thieves do is never get a driver for the original COD price but they have drivers available for $150 more money. I waited for the agreed upon amount and they never got me a driver. Now since they never got me a driver for the contracted price they are only going to give me 20 % of my refund. These scammers never delivered on the agreed upon price and I lose my deposit?
This broker is located in Florida and I will be reaching out to the local law enforcement as well as the State Attorney Generals office. It is no wonder why they are not listed on the BBB website.
Remember, if you make the fatal mistake of signing on with these crooks be prepared to not get the agreed upon contract, have no customer service and ultimately when the car is not delivered, lose your deposit. You've been warned and do your homework.

This company has decided not to give me ANY of my refund and has totally stopped corresponding with me regarding this breach of contract. Please be aware of these fraudsters as you will remember this review when the same thing happens to you. This is the dark underbelly of the internet and gives a bad name to the reputtable companies.
