The shipment went very smoothly and arrived on time. There was slight confusion at the start. I was told pickup would be Friday between 3-6. I then received a text on Monday that pickup would be Wednesday 3-6, but Road Runner website did not reflect this. On Wednesday, I received a call at 12 that the vehicle will be picked up in 15 minutes at a nearby parking lot. I rushed to do final preparations and as I was leaving my house to go to the parking lot, I met the driver who was on his way to my house! Afterwards, everything went smoothly and very professionally.
