Overall good service but with few mishaps, not entirely caused by RoadRunner
1. Car pickup was delayed by few days which threw a wrench to the moving plan
2, Quote was inaccurate, and by the carrier was assigned, the price increased by about 40%, still went with increased price because my hands were tied and it was too late to find a new carrier
3. It was awfully difficult to reach customer service, does not response to emails, call wait time is 30+ min, it was a busy season, so maybe expected
