I hired Road Runner to transport a brand new Cadillac Escalade from Florida to Tennessee. I received my brand new car with multiple, deep scratches on the front bumper and side mirrors. The driver tried to deliver the car without letting us know he scratched it. When confronted he admitted that he did it and said he would pay for repairs. They gave us the runaround for months and never paid. I had to pay $3000 to repair the damage they did to my car.
