ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Just hired Road Runner to transport a car I recently bought from a car dealership in WA and being transported to NC. When I initially inquired they were all over my account. They called and emailed several times. I hired them and they picked my car up on a Thursday. It is now Saturday almost 10 days later and no car! They have not communicate once with updates and when I call, I am on hold for well over an hour. When they do finally answer they say they will look into it and get back to me by phone call. I get no phone call and receive an email stating that "The carrier has confirmed pick up of the vehicle". That's it! I have received the same email 4 times and when I respond to the email, I get no answer back. When I call back and select the "If you are a new customer" option / prompt, the call is answered within the minute! When I explain the situation, they don't allow me to respond and immediately forward me to the dept that don't pick up the calls for well over an hr. It is absolutely infuriating and disrespectful! I am about to make my first payment on a car I still have not received! Stay far away from this company! They are a horrible transport service with zero customer service. I now have to file a police report if my car is not delivered with the next couple of days. This is absolutely unreal!!
