Car got to its destination customer service lacking

My car was scheduled for a pick up on a Saturday. I received a text and email that Saturday morning confirming they would pick up that day. No one showed up that day.I couldn’t reach roadrunner until Monday and after 2 hours of holding I got through and the issue was resolved.My car as a result was delivered a round 3 days after I needed it.
