Holly, we strive to provide excellent customer service and regret the experience you have had with us. We understand that you have not contacted the correct carrier company, as all the carriers we work with have been vetted and internally rated based on performance. We work closely with our carriers who specialize in transporting vehicles and not online presence therefore may not be found by a simple google search. We also never guarantee times during transport as the nature of ground transportation is constantly changing and unforeseen circumstances cannot be anticipated. We always express that all dates and times associated with shipment are estimated and are subject to change and are sorry that you chose to cancel your shipment with us before we were able to assist with your vehicle’s relocation.
