Tanesia, we are sorry to hear that things did not run as smoothly as anticipated and for any inconveniences this delay may have caused you. The first carriers that were assigned for your move could no longer accommodate your vehicle for unforeseen circumstances. Our team worked quickly to get another carrier assigned however, every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators, and the cost was higher than expected. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be used to better our services for future customers.
