Bill, we strive to provide excellent customer service and regret the experience you have had with us. Unfortunately, there was a delay in assigning a carrier willing to transport your vehicle, your pickup location is not frequented by our carrier network. We regret that you chose to cancel your shipment before we were able to assist you with your vehicles transport.
