Received calls to confirm time and place for pickup of trike. received confirmation trike was picked up and when it would be delivered. Trike was delivered a little early by Joe's transport in a single bike , covered trailer. Joe was friendly and kind and very careful with my trike. my highest recommendation smooth and easy transport- would use again.
