Andy, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are sorry that you had difficulty contacting customer service during peak call hours and regret that you chose to cancel with us before we were able to assist you with your transport. For this reason, we have added a live chat feature to our website to alleviate the hold time you may experience on the phone, and to better assist our customers with quick responses.
