Brad, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with us here at RoadRunner Auto Transport. We are completely translucent that we rely on a network of carriers and our service ensure that all carrier we work with have been vetted and internally rated based on performance. It is at the drivers discretion to get as close to the preferred delivery or pick up location as they can, and agreeable meeting location is to be designated that is conducive for both parties. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, it will be used to address these concerns with our carrier and improve our services for future customers.
