Jamal, we apologize for the inconvenience, the first carrier that was assigned for your move had a last minute reroute and could no longer accommodate your vehicle. Our team worked quickly to get another carrier assigned, however, every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and the cost was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and give you the option to accept or decline. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
