Troy, we apologize for the issues that occurred with your shipment. Unfortunately, your delivery location is off route and not frequented by our carrier network. The carrier that we located requested additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues.
