Amrutha, we apologize for the delay in carrier assignment, and difficulty contacting us during our normal business hours. Sometimes delays in carrier assignment occur due to unforeseen circumstances and this is why It is clearly stated in our terms of service agreement that all dates are tentative and subject to change. Were sorry if this was not understood but we do appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services for future customers. We do regret that you chose to cancel with us and wish we could have assisted you in your move.
