We used Road runner to ship 2 cars cross country. They were sometimes difficult to reach and didn’t always call back right a away. They need to work a bit on their customer service.
That said, they contracted our order out to a transporter, Ralph of RL Trucking LLC who was wonderful to work with. He arranged convenient drop off and pick up areas for us and kept us updated through out the trip. Our cars arrivedsafely 2 days early in AZ. He was also pleasant and polite.
