We hired this company to pick up our car in San Diego and drop it off in Arizona. When they pulled up in front of the house my husband and I watched as the driver almost drove our Tesla off the side of the trailer and grinded the right two, brand new, Tesla 22" rims along the side of the trailer, removing not only paint around the whole rim, but about a quarter inch of metal. The driver was very apologetic and said he wanted to replace them out of pocket and promised to. Instead, they ignored our calls and emails for weeks, finally emailing us a picture of a document we never signed that said the damage was there when they picked it up. We had to file a fraud claim with AMEX. Do not use these guys - they are not careful and will not be held responsible for damage they do.
