Hi Judi, We sincerely apologize for your recent experience with us here at Road Runner Auto Transport. We're sorry to hear that you were having difficulties reaching us, we are experiencing a high volume of calls and apologize for any hold times you encountered. We can reassure you that we never intended to cause such an inconvenience and apologize for the issues that occurred. Unfortunately we are susceptible to delays that are out of our control. When this occurs we do our best to locate a new carrier for your route. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity assist you further as you chose to cancel your booking. We understand and apologize. Thank you for sharing your experience it will allow us to improve our service for future customers.
