On behalf of our team here at Road Runner Auto Transport we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible to delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. In your specific case the location and the time frame in which you booked and needed the vehicle moved by caused issues of delays. We always ask that our customers book their shipment at least 2 weeks in advance so we can work within our customers time frame needs.
