I shipped my Jaguar from Washington to Virginia and the total process was very smooth. I was skeptical at the beginning but later decided to go with Road Runner. The communication from the customer service rep was very prompt and though the pickup time was delayed but they kept talking to me the whole time and the delivery time was 3 days earlier than they promised. Car was delivered in very good condition and they even let me put some stuffs in the trunk. Though they have higher price than the other companies, I am very satisfied and will definitely use their service again if I need to. Highly recommended.
