From the time I called in to book services to the time my car was delivered RoadRunner was spot on with exceptional customer service. I received calls with updates through each key step of the process. We encountered a set back with the pickup location not releasing the car to the driver. They immediately contacted me and we were able to work out alternate arrangements without penalty. As a 20 year veteran of Customer Care and Contact Center Operations I appreciate companies that still believe in providing their customers with world class service.
