I am very pleased with using Road King Transport for shipping my BMW 328 XI and would definitely use them again. They were priced competitively and they delivered my car within 3 days (over 1000 miles). I used open transport and the car came in a perfect condition. No scratches, knicks or dents. The car was a little dusty, but given the distance and the rainy weather it was in great shape. There was another BMW on the truck, a new M3, so don't think that if you have a nice car you need to go enclosed.
An example of exceptional customer service was evident when the broker provided me with his telephone number to be used 24/7 if needed. Unfortunately, I left the broker's telephone number at work and I had a billing question that needed to be resolved. The car was being delivered on Saturday so no one was available at the main company number. The driver was able to get a hold of the broker, who then called me back within a few minutes, and we were able to straighten everything out
I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
