We purchased a vehicle off of E-BAY which was scary enough. We soon found out after winning the bid how are we going to ge tthis truck from Ohio to Arizona!! Needless to say we were stressing. I have never used anything or had the need for anything like this so was very much in the dark on what to do.

We started researching on the internet to review companys. River City had excellant ratings!! They werent the cheapests but they we not the most exspensive either. The contact Jeff was very freindly and helpful with our needs. I also had the opportunity to speak with Linda which only spoke of having our best interest in their mind. River City had very good process on which they used to fire truck drivers to move vehicles for their customers and I liked that. I felt very comfortable at that point using River City Auto.

Im sorry to say I do not remember the driver or companys name but will tell you Jeff and Linda he was very nice. He called and kept right in touch with us. He showed much concern for our new exspensive vehicle. The man was a very friendly person and was a pleasure speaking with. Besdies the storm our truck went through he took good care of our truck.

Over all everything has seemed to work out just fine. Truck is running good!! Thanks so much River City atuo and we will reccommend your company or for sure use it in any future needs!!
