Michael O'Sullivan contacted me after my initial inquiry on the Internet for an auto transporter from Rhode Island to Miami. He was professional, courteous and thorough in his explanation of the process from pick up to delivery. Mr. O'Sullivan quoted me a price that was less than numerous other carriers and that price was the exact amount we paid upon delivery of the vehicle. Michael was able to get our Jeep on a truck within 24 hours of signing the contract and the delivery was one day earlier than expected, despite the numerous and severe snowstorms up and down the East Coast. We are thrilled with the way this transport was handled and I would recommend Rite Way (and specifically Michael O'Sullivan) to anyone wishing to ship a vehicle.

As an aside, this appears to be a very "cut throat" business as I received numerous phone calls from various carriers that had nothing good to say about other carriers. Michael O'Sullivan was totally professional and never spoke a negative word about his competitors which helped my husband and I make our decision.
