This was my first time using a transport service for my vehicle. I was very impressed from the beginning to the end. The customer service representative suggested I check out all of the reviews for Rite Way as well as other companies before choosing them. I was only slightly disappointed when the dispatcher had to come a day early but all worked out well. Everything was communicated to my understanding and the driver took very good care of our Explorer. Thank you Rite Way and staff if we ever need a transport company again we will be calling you.
