The car was a small British classic MG, open (no convertible top) rolling and steerable, but no brakes. Cheryl understood exactly the situation, and I declined much cheaper quotes due to her competance, excellent follow-up, and the understanding that the car would be transported on a flat-bed, probably with two other vehicles, but loaded last.
The transporter that showed up (on time) was a regular, open, 8+ car, tractor trailer unit, making the loading of this car a real challenge. The driver was exceptionally creative and helpful, and together we succeeded in securing it safely. Had it not been for the driver's willingness to spend so much time, and hard work, the car would not have left that day. He deserves as much business as you can give him.
