From my initial contact with this company to the delivery of my van, Cievan Michaelov was extremely professional and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of the services offered by the company and the needs of the customer. I was relieved to be able to turn this transport over to Rite Way, mainly because of her confident, energetic, and upbeat attitude. She kept me informed and was always available when I called or emailed her. I thought the price was very reasonable, and my vehicle arrived undamaged by its journey.( The cost would have been lower if it had not required special handling because of extreme modifications for handicapped use.) The driver was extremely accommodating and professional.
